DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to process and confirm your order within 24 working hours of receipt and dispatch your order within 3 working days. Our standard packages are sent via Royal Mail and should arrive with you within 3 working days. For an additional charge we offer a next day Recorded Delivery service. Large or specialty items are sent by courier service. You will normally receive your items from Blue Marmalade Ltd. in 4 to 5 days. However please allow up to 30 days for delivery. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you of the likely delivery date and enquire whether you wish to continue with your order or receive an alternative item. All orders are subject to availability of stock.
